John Chafin

General Manager

John is an experienced General Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the oil and energy industry. He is skilled in Operations Management, Process Engineering, Strategic Planning, Business Process Improvement, and Cross-functional Team Leadership. With a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) focused in Business Administration and Management, General from CSUB, John is a strong operations professional who works closely with all members of CCA making sure that all day-to-day operations are running smoothly.

Julie Redenius

HES Manager

Julie has over 10 years of experience working in oil and gas industry. She verifies that employees are working safely and collaborating with customers to ensure their safety goals are being met in our field operations. She is also responsible for the administrative work in the areas of recruitment and selection, benefits, administration, employee relations, and training and development.

Vincent Rodriguez

Account Manager

Vincent is an experienced oilfield worker with over 12 years of experience. Vincent worked in the San Joaquin Valley, NorCal and SoCal including offshore work. With a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.S) in Business Management and inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success as an executive member, coordinator and facilitator, Vincent is strong in communicating, strategic planning, managing and coordinating various types of jobs. Vincent manages and oversees various accounts, maintains great relationships, and actively searches to build new accounts.

Matt Kohr

Acid Operations Manager

Matt has worked in the oil and gas industry for over 23 years. As CCA Acid Ops Manager, he works with our team to plan and schedule acid work. He works closely with our customers to provide information and design guidance to address the specific needs of their jobs. He also uses his lab background to direct all the of needed lab work, in-house or 3rd party.

Sergio Prieto

Pressure Pumping/Equipment Rentals Operations Manager

Sergio has over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has worked as a Well Site Manager with CRC and has hands-on experience with vac trucks, winch trucks, and pressure pumps. Sergio also served as a vac truck supervisor.

He specializes in rigless operations and is the primary contact for well maintenance services, including kill-truck operations, Standard Annual Pressure Testing, pressure pump jobs, and equipment rentals such as circulation pumps and filters.
